There are a lot of people who find it hard to watch TV shows, because of the extensive running time of some shows, but actually there are very short shows too, with only one season and less than 6 episodes.
For example, Fallen only has three episodes with a total running time of 247 minutes. It's a pretty interesting show about a man named Aaron, who is half human and half angel.
It aired on the ABC Family channel in 2006.
It seems a lot of people would watch the show because of its main actor, Paul Wesley, who is known for his role in Vampire Diaries.
I only saw the beginning of the first episode, but unfortunately couldn't finish it, because I had other stuff to do. Still, I remember it as a fun show and I was so intrigued by the way they depicted the Nephilim, that I actually looked it up to see how similar the version in the drama is compared to the legend.
Aaron, who is just an ordinary shy boy, who can't even talk to a girl he likes, suddenly finds out that he's not that normal.
The title "Fallen" stands for angels who disobey god and fall from the sky, after getting expelled from heaven.
Summary:
■ Part 1 - The Beginning
On Aaron's 18th birthday, he begins to experience his strange supernatural powers, like the ability to talk with his dog and other animals.
He comes to the conclusion that he is a Nephilim.
84 minutes running time.
■ Part 2 - The Journey
Aaron helps other fallen angels on his trip and has to run away from a group, who wants to destroy the Nephilim. 83 minutes running time.
■ Part 3 - The Destiny
Even though Vilma tried to stop him, Aaron explores the inside of the temple and finds out who his father really is. 80 minutes running time.
